We want you to be delighted with your magical purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the magical items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship via Owl Post

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UK Post Office or designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
